I had a wonderful dining experience at Haidilao, thanks to the excellent service from Ryan. He was warm, attentive, and very professional, which made us feel truly welcomed. The restaurant environment was clean, comfortable, and inviting, and the food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely come back again — and I’d love to have Ryan as our server next time too. Highly recommend!

An amazing experience from the start to the end! Thank you for the beautiful birthday decorations, singing and goodie bag! Nicki welcomed us at the entrance with a big smile, it made us feel so relaxed straight away - thank you! And Jane looked after us whilst there, very kind and caring attitude - thank you so much! First time we visited as a couple last week Saturday. All the staff are so kind, attentive and make you feel so welcomed, from speaking over the phone to speaking with staff in the restaurant. Absolutely gorgeous food from the buffet menu and all the added extras from the prune juice, tea and condiment section which has an array of delicious items. Everything is so fresh, tasty and well presented, soup base was awesome! Very clean and lovely atmosphere throughout. We can honestly say it has to be the best hot pot we have tasted and service was faultless! Thank you to all the staff for such a memorable birthday, we will definitely be back very soon :) Highly recommend to everyone to visit Haidilao Hot Pot and experience this amazing place themselves, you won't be disappointed! Also need to mention that you get toothpicks at the end of your meal. The bathroom also is amazing, there is mouthwash, hand gel and cream too :)

Excellent experience! The food quality, the taste, the environment, all 10s. Fourth time here and will definitely come back again. I also wanna shout out to the very nice waitress, Irina. She’s so nice and friendly the whole time. My friend forgot his headphone on the seat and she ran out the restaurant and gave it to us, so much appreciated! Love the stickers she gave us as well.

We celebrated a birthday on 4/9Thursday at 海底捞, and as always, the service was excellent. The atmosphere was great, and Clara along with all the staff made the experience really special. The only thing that surprised us was the “whipped cream” on the cone—we thought it was ice cream at first! Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we’ll definitely come back again.

I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for the unforgettable dining experience we had last night at your O2 branch. What a lucky group we were — managing to secure the last table for our party of six, and what followed was truly a feast for all the senses! From the moment we sat down, the vibrant atmosphere made it feel like a celebration. Every 10 minutes, someone was singing a birthday song, and your incredible staff were full of energy — singing, dancing, even performing! It was such a joy to witness. Their passion and enthusiasm created a truly joyful and welcoming environment that made our evening extra special. The food? Absolutely phenomenal. We chose four soup bases — rich tomato broth, fragrant pork bone, and spicy, tangy Tom Yum — and they were all chef’s kiss! We couldn’t get enough. Honestly, next time we’re bringing takeaway containers just for the soup! Our hotpot included fresh scallops, tender beef slices, and a variety of vegetables and fruits — all incredibly fresh and perfectly prepared. At just £3.90 per person for the sauce and dessert bar, it felt like an absolute steal. We loved the traditional Chinese desserts like mung bean soup and ice jelly, as well as sweet melon, cherry tomatoes, and an amazing range of Chinese-style condiments. The Japanese edamame and sesame sauce were standouts — full of flavor and beautifully presented. What truly brought the night to another level was the cultural performance — a mesmerizing face-changing opera that had all our students clapping and cheering with delight. It was such a unique cultural experience and made everyone, especially those new to Chinese traditions, fall in love with the energy and artistry. We didn’t get a chance to order the hand-pulled noodles this time, but we saw the chef performing the noodle dance right next to us — it looked so exciting that we’ve already decided: next time, that’s a must. Without a doubt, Haidilao O2 has become one of our top destinations for birthdays and gatherings. Thank you for creating such a high-quality, warm, and entertaining dining experience. We visited for an early dinner offer. Greeted at reception and taken to the table, as it wasn’t so busy it’s was great to have table options. For early offer menu, you are limited on choice. But equally fulfilling. I love the soup Tomatoes and spare ribs ! Service was good but rice dish came out cold. And some stuff we ordered didn’t come out. Hotpot was still good. Food was fresh
